About

I’m an experienced video game producer with over 12 years in the industry, specializing in managing original IP and work-for-hire projects across a wide range of platforms. As freelance producer and founder of Cohop Games, I hop on board to ship your game, together.

Game development is complex: full of moving parts, shifting priorities, and unforeseen challenges. I help teams navigate that complexity with clarity, compassion, and momentum, balancing creative ambition with pragmatic leadership to move projects forward.

Industry Activities

I am a board member of the Games [4Diversity] Foundation, aimed to improving the representation of minorities in games and the games industry. We organize a game industry boat on the Utrecht Canal Pride, as well as game jams and meetups focused on creating visibility and better understanding for underrepresented people in games.

Since I moved to Austria, I’ve done my best to support the Austrian games industry however I can. I joined the board of the Austrian game developers association PGDA as 1st Vice Chair, where we work on a more visible, sustainable, and internationally recognized Austrian games industry.

Background

I started my career in games as a journalist, writing for Gamer.nl and other Dutch publications. From there, I moved into production, PR, and marketing at Game Oven, the studio behind Bounden and Fingle – a formative time that shaped how I think about play. I later became Communications Manager at the game incubator Dutch Game Garden, where I helped young studios grow their businesses and built bridges between developers, publishers, and institutions by organizing events like INDIGO. After that, I joined Mipumi Games in Vienna, where I spent 5 years as a producer on a wide variety of original and work-for-hire projects across multiple platforms and production scopes.

In 2024, I launched my own business, Cohop Games, where I work as a freelance producer with studios across the globe. As Lead Producer at The Powell Group, I manage several titles in the Humble Games portfolio.
