As Lead Producer at The Powell Group, I oversee the production for Billie Bust Up, published by Humble Games. I set up and manage coordination between the development team, publisher, and vendors for QA, localization, porting and marketing. My responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, reviewing milestone deliveries, and ultimately ensuring a successful game release.
